God loves you and wants to know you personally. More than a religious obligation, God wants to develop a relationship with you. Our Sunday services are designed to help you get to know God and start a relationship with Him. If you are not a Christian but want to begin this relationship right now, just follow these next steps.
God created you, loves you and desires a relationship with you. He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for your sins and to provide you with a bridge to forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life.
Our sinful nature separates us from God from the moment we are born. Acknowledge and repent of your sinfulness, and ask God for forgiveness.
Accept His Invitation
“God, I need you and I believe in your Son and that He died for my sins. I repent of my sins now and ask you for forgiveness. Forgive me, cleanse me, make me a new person. I surrender to You today as my Lord and Savior. I commit to following you, being baptized and taking the next steps for may growth. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for making me new.”
The Bible says if you confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior and believe that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved and become a member of God’s family.
Next Steps
If you prayed that prayer, we want to welcome you to the family of God! We want to hear from you and help you in your relationship with God. Please connect with us and we will share with you important Next Steps you can take.
Baptism (Greek: Baptizo simply means to dip, plunge, submerge) tells the world of our decision to identify with Christ (Romans 6: 1- 6)! It is an outward expression of an internal change that is an act of faith and obedience of a repented believer to identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Baptism does not save us, but it is a command by Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19). In order for baptism to have meaning in your life, one thing must take place: you must repent of your sins, calling on the Name of Jesus (Romans 10:13).
Jesus was baptized to fulfill all righteousness (Matthew 3: 13-17) and new believers in the Bible were baptized by immersion (Acts 8: 38-39)
